An active life is a happy life. Polly grew up in a sports family and although football was not an interest, she played softball in a league started by her dad for her in 1970. Synchronized swimming in high school was replaced by water aerobics and jazzercize while raising kids. Three boys led to snowboarding, strengths training, and yoga, just to try to keep up! Polly earned first place trophies in deadlift and bench press at the Pittsburgh Monster Meet in recent years.
She holds an RYT200 and is excited to stay active and bring a fun workout to Sangha that anyone, regardless of experience can join. Polly’s motto is do one thing every day that challenges you, no matter how small.
