    Reiki is an energy that reduces stress in the body allowing healing to take place.  It accelerates the body’s own natural healing processes and strengthens the immune system.

    Everyone can be taught to give Reiki energy by learning to feel and harness it's healing gifts.   Enjoy a day of personal and spiritual growth and learn a modality that will enhance and change your life!   

    This training will expand upon Reiki 1 and give you more information and strength to share healing with others. 

    Space is limited so please preregister.

    $100 includes training and manual - Please provide Reiki 1 certificate upon registration to info(at)sanghacenteryoga.com

     If a minimum number of particpants is not met, class may be cancelled and fees refunded. 

  • Sangha September Hike

    Sunday, September 22 at  2 pm - Rain date the following Sunday

    Come join Pollu for a hike on the High Maintenance Trail in Sewickley.

    This 4-mile trail will take us up a valley and then in a circle around the hilltop before descending down the same valley. There may be a little bushwacking and water crossing at the beginning and the end, depending on conditions. Dogs on leashes welcome.

    Wear sturdy sneakers or hiking boots. Prepare for a little water crossing.  Bring water, sunscreen, bug deterrent, and whatever else you think you might need.

    Parking is in Walker Park. Porta potties available.

    Polly will be happy to meet in Beaver and pick people up. Her contact number is 440-479-4758.

    Bailey will lead you through 4 weeks of practice and instruction that will help you gain insight and confidence. This course is great for those who have never taken a class and for current students who would like to refine thier practice.

    Each week will introduce different aspects of yoga and build on the last. You will learn how to safely join a group class by learning how to do the postures, the breathing techniques and how to modify for your individual needs.

    By registering for the class you understand that the dates are set and no alternatives will be available.
